Warranty Policy Terms and Conditions
- Āsenaru's warranty covers manufacturing and material defects on all products. Damage caused by drops, impacts, improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support within the applicable warranty period and provide your order number along with photos showing the issue. All claims are subject to review and approval by Āsenaru.
- Approved warranty claims will be resolved with a replacement product of the same model or an equivalent alternative or refund if the original product is no longer available.
- Each eligible purchase is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per item.
- Customers who have received a refund, chargeback, or marketplace dispute resolution for the original order are not eligible for warranty replacements.
Phone Cases
Āsenaru phone cases include a fourteen (14) day limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage applies only to verified shipping errors, manufacturing or material defects.
Tempered Glass & Lens Protectors
Āsenaru tempered glass screen protectors and lens protectors include a fourteen (14) day limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty claims are only valid for shipping errors or unused products that remain attached to their original protective backing and installation tray (where applicable).
Tempered glass products that have been installed, removed, cracked, chipped, or damaged after installation are not eligible for warranty replacement.
How to initiate Warranty Claims or Returns
To initiate the process, please email our Customer Support team at support@asenaru.com or our Whatsapp at +62-817-100628 with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return or refund. Please allow 1 - 2 days for processing, our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Exchange or Return Processing
1. Contact our support to request for return or refund
2. Send the Item to the designated return address
3. Receive your refund or exchange items after processing
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping fees.
- Refunds are not applicable for items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
