How to initiate Returns or Refunds
- If you wish to return or refund an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- To initiate the process, please email our Customer Support team at support@asenaru.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return or refund. Please allow 1 - 2 days for processing, our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Exchange or Return Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment
within 5 - 7 business days. - In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping fees.
- Refunds are not applicable for items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
